Cancellation Policy All Tours are Non-Refundable Half-Down deposit is required to book. Full payment is required a day before your scheduled tour. Deposit are Non-refundable. If weather conditions do not cooperate and prohibit us from conducting the tour the Deposit will be retained for a flight credit but no refund will be issued. If the tour is a "no show" or you decide to cancel the deposit is Non-refundable. If you want to change the time or day of your scheduled tour and we are within 7 days of the scheduled time there is a $50.00 rebooking fee UNLESS you are a no show and then it will be an additonal $100 to book another time slot or you can surrender your deposit. Outside of 7 days there is no fee. We have cancel for any reason insurance add on that is optional to purchase during booking. If you choose to book with this you may cancel for any reason and also retain your deposit in the event that the weather does not cooperate you and you do not want a flight credit.
